Teleradiology
and remote diagnostics

Transforming Healthcare, Together

Teleradiology is a modern way of working with medical studies that allows them to be transmitted and interpreted remotely.

Modern challenges

Today, the outcome of treatment directly depends on the speed of diagnosis. But the reality is that:

  • there is a chronic shortage of radiologists
  • equipment in some clinics sits idle, while doctors in others are overloaded
  • PACS and archives are fragmented, reports get lost, studies are still recorded on CDs
  • management does not see where time is spent and how the workload is distributed

Such a system cannot withstand the challenges of modern medicine

Solution

Teleradiology brings together disparate processes into a single ecosystem.

Our solutions increase clinic efficiency: optimize physician workload, provide access to modern tools, and reduce the time to results for patients.

What the solution includes:

  • Shared storage (PACS) — a secure archive with fast access to studies (cloud or on-premise)
  • Radiologist workstations with medical displays and user-friendly software
  • Integration with RIS/EHR — automatic transfer of reports to the clinic’s system
  • BI analytics — transparent metrics: time to report (TAT), physician workload, number of interpretations
  • Process standardization — unified protocols, quality control, and staff training

Key benefits

For patients

  1. Faster diagnosis without unnecessary travel
  2. More accurate reports from specialists
  3. Transparency and confidence at every step

For doctors

  1. Reduced workload and burnout
  2. Modern tools and protocols
  3. Ability for remote consultations and teamwork

For clinic managers

  1. Savings on staff and infrastructure
  2. A single digital system instead of chaos
  3. Data-driven management: visibility into where minutes and resources are lost

For IT and engineering teams

  1. Integration with PACS, RIS, EHR
  2. Support for international standards (DICOM, HL7, IHE)
  3. Flexibility: cloud or on-premise infrastructure
  4. Centralized access and security management

How it works

01 Image acquisition

A request for a study is created in the medical institution’s HIS / RIS. The study is performed on CT, MRI, X-ray, mammography modalities according to an agreed protocol.

02 Uploading studies

The study is transferred to a secure storage in DICOM format (communication channel encryption, linking to the patient and request, anonymization of personal data).

03 Routing and prioritization

The system automatically distributes studies among radiologists based on urgency, specialization, and current workload.

04 Interpretation

Radiologists work on prepared workstations with medical displays. Templates and structured reports are used. Consultations are held if necessary, and access to the patient’s chart from the referring institution’s MIS can be arranged.

05 Result delivery

The report with key images and electronic signature is transferred to the RIS / EHR and the attending physician. Instant notifications are available for urgent cases.

06 Reporting and analytics

Based on the results, reports are generated on the number and types of studies interpreted for a selected period. If necessary, a log and additional analytical documents are created.
